cl pumpSeries CL Dosage Pumps

Series CL offers Conductivity Control with Limit Timer that controls the feed time.

Tower feed and bleed are initiated when the conductivity level reaches the user-specified set point. The programmable limit timer allows the operator to specify the maximum dosage time for the feed cycle.

The Series CL includes a conductivity sensor, bleed relay and a user programmable limit timer. Simple user interface with single button function keys

  • Conductivity range 0-6000 mS/cm, ±
  • Bleed relay output rated to 5A at 240VAC
  • Isolated volt free water meter input
  • 4 models, 0 to 0.9 litres/hour @ 10 bar up to 0 to 4.7 litres/hour @ 7 bar
  • Stroke rate adjust 0 - 100% with turndown ratio of 100 : 1
  • A flow assembly which houses a stainless steel conductivity sensor and a flow switch - both complete with 2.6 metres of cable. The flow switch ensures dosage and bleed only occur when the treated water system is actually operating.
  • Optional accessories for the Series CL include
    • solenoid valve
    • carbon graphite conductivity sensor
    • 7.6 metres of cable for conductivity sensor and/or flow switch

Degasing Head Assembly

The Degassing Head Assembly is now a standard option available on the majority of PULSAtron pump ranges.  It is an effective solution to the problems often encountered with the dosage of oxidising chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide.

To select the correct Dosage Pump, you first need to understand how electromagnetic impulse pumps operate.

It is also important to appreciate the importance of "Turn Down Ratio" and the different methods of pump actuation and sizing.
