MC9500 Controllers

There are many different combinations of basic controller and options available. The following summaries detail standard units and these will satisfy the vast majority of applications. However, a wide choice of upgrade kits is available for most of the Controllers. Therefore please contact us if you feel your requirement is not met by any of the units specified below or on pages detailing the other Series of Controllers.

9000 Series Controllers are supplied panel mounted with a certain amount of pre-wiring to assist with installation.

Multi Task Controllers for Single Cooling Towers

• MC9510AXXXBX; is a series 9500 PULSAtrol unit providing conductivity controlled system blowdown, 4 tagable timers, two water meter totalisers, common alarm output relay with volt free contacts and four single point drum level inputs.
  
  
• MC9520AXXXBX; is a series 9500 PULSAtrol unit providing conductivity controlled system blowdown, Redox control, 4 tagable timers, two water meter totalisers, common alarm output relay with volt free contacts and five single point drum level inputs.
  
  
• MC9530ABXXBX; is a series 9500 PULSAtrol unit providing conductivity controlled system blowdown, dual set point pH control, 3 tagable timers, two water meter totalisers, common alarm output relay with volt free contacts and four single point drum level inputs.
  
  
• MC9550ABXXBX; is a series 9500 PULSAtrol unit providing conductivity controlled system blowdown (including capability to monitor make up conductivity as well as system conductivity), dual set point pH control, Redox control, 2 tagable timers, two water meter totalisers, common alarm output relay with volt free contacts and four single point drum level inputs.

Multi Task Controllers for Dual Cooling Towers

• MC9570AXXXBX; is a series 9500 PULSAtrol unit providing dual conductivity controlled system blowdown on two cooling towers. The controller includes four single point drum levels, two water meters totalisers, four tagable timers and two standard flow assemblies.

Multi-Task Controllers - Cooling Tower and Secondary Closed Cooling Circuit

• MC9560AXXXBX; is a series 9500 PULSAtrol unit providing dual conductivity control for use on an open loop (cooling tower) and a closed loop (chilled water circuit). The controller includes four single point drum levels, two water meters totalisers, four tagable timers and two standard flow assemblies.

MC9500 units are best suited for complex control requirements where conductivity controlled bleed, Redox and/or pH control is required.

They also offer chemical tank level control monitoring and 4 to 20mA interface.

There are two controllers which can monitor two separate cooling towers or a cooling tower and associated closed circuit.

Typically, select MC9500 units when total control of multiple parameters is essential.
