MPT200 Series Controllers

There are many different combinations of basic controller and options available. The following summaries detail standard units and these will satisfy the vast majority of applications. However, a wide choice of upgrade kits is available for most of the Controllers. Therefore please contact us if you feel your requirement is not met by any of the units specified below or on pages detailing the other Series of Controllers.

Timed Systems - Cooling Towers

• MPT250AR1; is a series 200 PULSAtrol unit providing dual selectable timers which would typically control inhibitor dosage and bleed control either on a timed basis or proportionately to make up water flow.
  
  
• MPT220AR1; is a series 200 PULSAtrol unit providing dual 28 day biocide dosage with up to 24 hour bleed lockout.
  
  
• MPT250AHHR1; is a series 200 PULSAtrol unit providing dual 28 day biocide dosage with up to 24 hour bleed lockout. It also provides two selectable timers for inhibitor dosage and system blowdown - each on either a timed basis or via an impulse water meter.

MPT200 units are best suited for simple control requirements where timed control of feed, bleed and biocide dosing is acceptable.

Typically, select MPT200 units to dose an inhibitor and effect bleed on a timed basis, or via an impulse water meter, and/or to dose single or dual biocides via 28-day timers.
