cplus pump

Series CPlus Dosage Pumps

The Series CPlus will be the pump used in the vast majority of applications. It is a well-proven, robust and reliable unit offering manual control over stroke length and stroke rate as standard.

Thus in practice, the pump will be actuated by a separate controller or by linking with another piece of equipment, e.g. a boiler feed pump or a cooling tower recirculating pump.

Outputs of 0.9 litres/hour @ 5.6 bar to 4.7 litres/hour @ 5.6 bar are available and every pump has 100 : 1 turn down ratio.

If manual control is not acceptable, there is an option - at additional cost - to specify external pace for automatic control. This option needs to be selected at the time of order and allows the pump to be paced by an impulse water meter.

Degasing Head Assembly

The Degassing Head Assembly is now a standard option available on the majority of PULSAtron pump ranges.  It is an effective solution to the problems often encountered with the dosage of oxidising chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide.

To select the correct Dosage Pump, you first need to understand how electromagnetic impulse pumps operate.

It is also important to appreciate the importance of "Turn Down Ratio" and the different methods of pump actuation and sizing.
