WTPS19
WTPS19 is a concentrated alkalinity builder. This product is recommended for raising boiler water internal pH where the natural feedwater alkalinity or cycles of concentration are low. Hydroxide concentration is directly elevated to promote boiler internal softening and control of corrosion.
WTPS19 DOES NOT CONTRIBUTE TO THE FORMATION OF CARBON DIOXIDE IN THE STEAM PHASE.
Acceptable for use in carbonate, phosphate, or chelant based boiler treatment programmes.

WTPS19 may be fed directly from the shipping container or diluted with pure condensate in a chemical mix tank. Compatible with all alkaline based treatments.
WTPS19 is adjustable by maintaining P, or OH alkalinity limits (Test Kit WTPTK101) or pH meter (WTPTKC039). Representatives will work closely with plant personnel to initiate and maintain effective control procedures.
