Description

WTPSH32 is a concentrated alkalinity builder. This product is recommended for raising boiler water internal pH where the natural feedwater alkalinity or cycles of concentration are low. Hydroxide concentration is directly elevated to promote boiler internal softening and control of corrosion.

WTPSH32 DOES NOT CONTRIBUTE TO THE FORMATION OF CARBON DIOXIDE IN THE STEAM PHASE.

Acceptable for use in carbonate, phosphate, or chelant based boiler treatment programmes.

Feeding

WTPSH32 may be fed directly from the shipping container or diluted with pure condensate in a chemical mix tank. Compatible with all alkaline based treatments.

Testing and Control

WTPSH32 is adjustable by maintaining P, or OH alkalinity limits using a drop test kit (WTPTK101) or pH meter (WTPTKC039). Representatives will work closely with plant personnel to initiate and maintain effective control procedures.

Please refer to material safety data sheet for detailed handling/storage instructions. 

  • Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing.
  • In case of contact, immediately remove contaminated clothing and wash skin with soap and water.
  • For eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
  • Harmful if swallowed.

Packaging

WTPSH32 treatments are shipped in 25 litre and 200 litre non-returnable drums.

Service

Field Representatives will work closely with customer personnel to assure the effective application of the water treatment programme. Regular service calls can be provided by qualified personnel.
