Description

WTP C48 is a formulated blend of highly effective, non-oxidising biocide based upon BNPD.

Advantages

Dosing

• WTP C48 effective dosage will vary depending upon system cleanliness.
• Dirty or badly contaminated systems will require more frequent and/or higher dosage rates.
• Typically a clean system will require a dose of 250 – 500 ppm of WTP C48.

• For a retention time of four hours good kill rates of legionella species have been demonstrated.

• Systems known to be contaminated with legionella will require twice weekly dosing at the higher level of 700 ppm for several weeks to provide effective control.

Application

Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use. Please refer to safety data sheet for detailed handling/storage instructions. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes to prevent mild irritation. In case of accidental contact, flush area with water, and seek medical attention. Product should not be ingested.

Packaging

WTP C48 treatments are shipped in 25 litre and 200 litre non-returnable drums.

Service

Field representatives will work closely with customer personnel to assure the effective application of the water treatment programme. Regular service calls can be provided by qualified personnel.
