WTP C135 – Glutercide is a highly effective non-oxidising biocide based upon glutaraldehyde, effective over a broad spectrum of water-borne bacteria.

Application

Application Dose rates Compatibility Comments
Closed Cooling System fluids preservation 25-200ppm Glutaraldehyde. Compatibility with other components should be confirmed prior to treatment. High temperatures (>50 °) for sustained periods of time will lead to accelerated degradation of glutaraldehyde.
Open Cooling System fluids preservation 25-100ppm Glutaraldehyde. Compatibility with other components should be confirmed prior to treatment.  
Pasteurization and air washer fluids preservation. 25-100ppm Glutaraldehyde.    
  Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use

Packaging

Treatments are shipped in 25 litre and 200 litre non-returnable drums, 1000L IBC (intermediate bulk container).

Handling & Storage

Please refer to material safety data sheet for details on product hazards, recommended Personnel Protection Equipment and handling/storing precautions.
  • Protect from extreme cold, heat, and direct sunlight.
  • Product should be stored in closed original containers at below 35°C.
  • The Shelf life of this product is 18 months from the date of manufacture.

Service

Field representatives will work closely with customer personnel to assure the effective application of the water treatment programme. Regular service calls can be provided by qualified personnel.
