Description
We are able to offer a wide range of Dosage Pumps to cater for virtually any water treatment or process application. We supply various pumps, with their own features and benefits which compliment each other to offer an unequalled choice to users.
PULSAtron pumps are stand-alone pumps offering a wide range of output, pressure control and wet-end options.
All PULSAtron pumps have a maximum stroking rate of 7500 strokes per hour (125 strokes/minute) which is important to remember when selecting impulse water meters for externally paced pumps.
CPlus Pumps
The Series CPlus will be the pump used in the vast majority of applications. It is a well-proven, robust and reliable unit offering manual control over of stroke length and stroke rate as standard.
Thus in practice, the pump will be actuated by a separate controller or by linking with another piece of equipment , e.g. a boiler feed pump or a cooling tower recirculating pump.

APlus Pumps
The Series APlus range is similar to the CPlus but offer higher output and pressure range capability.

E Pumps
If the maximum output or pressure capability of the Series APlus pump is not sufficient for the relevant application, Series E pumps offer identical features – namely manual function controls over stroke length and stroke rate – but with higher output and pressure capabilities.

- Seat and O-Rings: TFE
- Balls: Ceramic
The Series EPlus range is identical to the Series E range in terms of physical size, weight, number of models, output and pressure ranges.
However, the Series EPlus range offers additional features:
- Clear hinged cover over controls for protection against water and dust ingress.
- *Optional External Pacing option with stop function which will turn off pump if a level switch is fitted to indicate low or no chemicals in tank.
- *Optional 4 to 20mA signal actuation with stop function. Auto/Off/Manual selection switch with indicator lights.
- Built in circuit protection with easy access panel mounted fuse.
*Note: only one of these options – not both – can be utilised and must be specified at time of order.

MP Pumps
The Series MP range offers a true microprocessor controlled instrument for precise and accurate metering control.
The Series MP range is identical to the Series EPlus range in terms of physical size, weight, number of models, output and pressure ranges.
However, the Series MP range offers additional features:
- Automatic control via 4-20mA or 20-4mA inputs or external pace stop feature. “Stop” feature will turn off pump if a level switch is fitted with to indicate low or no chemicals in tank.
- 16 character LCD display with support for English, French and German languages. (Language must be specified at time of order).
- Ability to multiply or divide impulses from a water meter to accommodate varying K factors.
- Six button touch-pad control
- Programmable Relay output
- Thermally protected solenoid
- Panel mounted circuit breaker
Series T7 Pump
The Series T7 pump offers Feed Control with an inbuilt 7-Day programmable timer and clock which is ideally suited to control the feeding of biocide or other product that must be fed on a timed schedule.
The Series T7 offers the ability to control up to 8 on/off cycles per day. Each timed event can be set to run any day of the week on a 7-day cycle. The feed cycle is initiated and controlled by the user programmable timer.
