Description

WTPS125 HPH is an economical, multi-functional boiler water treatment recommended for the complete control of softened boiler feedwater.

All the raw materials used in the manufacture of WTP S125 conform to the USA Food and Drug Administration Chapter 1 Subpart D – Specific Usage Additives

• 173.310 Boiler Water Additives under the stated conditions of use.

Advantages

• Controls residual calcium hardness found in the feedwater or from condensate
• Adjusts hydroxide levels for correct chemical balance
• Eliminates dissolved oxygen to prevent pitting corrosion
• Contains a catalyst to ensure rapid oxygen scavenging

Dosing and Testing

• WTP S125 HPH dosage is proportional to the oxygen content of the feedwater and should be dosed to achieve acceptable pH and sulphite reserves according to the application

Oxygen (ppm) can be determined from the graph of temperature against O₂(ppm) in BS24866.

• Your representative will work closely with plant personnel to establish the correct regime for analysis.
• WTP TK108 drop test kit can be used to determine Sulphite levels in the system.

Application

Please refer to material safety data sheet for detailed handling/storage instructions. 

• Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing.
• In case of contact, immediately remove contaminated clothing and wash skin with soap and water.
• For eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
• Harmful if swallowed.
• Do not leave exposed to atmosphere.

Packaging

WTPS125HPH treatments are shipped in 25 litre and 200 litre non-returnable drums.

Service

Field Representatives will work closely with customer personnel to assure the effective application of the water treatment programme. Regular service calls can be provided by qualified personnel.
