WTPSS2295
WTP SS2295 is based on sodium hexametaphosphate and is used for boilers of any pressure to precipitate calcium hardness as mobile phosphate sludge.
WTP SS2295 is formulated with polymers and a dispersant that condition and mobilise the resultant phosphate sludge and aid in removal during boiler blow down.
WTP SS2295 delays precipitation of hardness salts in feed lines. It may be injected continuously to feed water containing hardness salts without the formation of excessive scale in the pipe line.

All figures approximate
A phosphate reserve is normally maintained within set limits in the boiler water. The correct treatment level depends on operating conditions such as boiler pressure and the chemical characteristics of the water employed.
Test kits are available from Water Treatment Products Ltd.
The treatment may be injected using a dosage pump or a dosage pot as appropriate to the particular installation. Its viscosity permits handling by conventional dosage pumps without dilution but it may be diluted if desired, using softened water or condensate. WTP SS2295 is not corrosive to steel mixing tanks or dosage pumps in concentrated or dilute form. However, if dosed direct to hot boiler shells use a stainless steel injection fitting.
Please refer to safety data sheet for detailed handling/storage instructions.
WTP SS2295 treatments are shipped in 6 kg non-returnable HDPE jars.
