• Bromine/By-Pass Feeders are a convenient and efficient way to properly feed solid biocides or other corrosive water treatment chemicals.
  These units easily handle ball, stick, tablet and other forms of bromine.

Water Treatment Equipment Pre-Treatment Plant

Water treatment chemicals are available in many forms to treat a wide range of applications. However, occasionally, chemicals alone are not the complete answer to a water treatment problem. Some applications preclude the use of chemicals altogether, e.g.

• Some process applications
• Some humidifier applications
• Some potable water applications
  
  

Other waters are too contaminated to be able to treated with chemicals only, e.g. waters with very high levels of

• hardness
• suspended solids
• dissolved iron
• bacteriological contamination
• organics
  
  

In these instances, some form of pre-treatment may be necessary such as

• base exchange softening
• dealkalisation
• demineralisation
• reverse osmosis
• filtration
• ultra violet radiation
