WTP CHP
WTP CHP is a fast acting non-foaming, non-tainting biocide based on Stabilised Hydrogen Peroxide. WTP CHP is compliant under the Biocidal Products regulations (BPR) and the trade name is registered with the competent authorities as required by the 1st February 2017 submission date.
WTP CHP is supported under the following Product Types (PT) of the BPR;

For specific uses under these product types, please see dosing section.
WTP CHP is effective against a wide spectrum of nuisance micro organisms including:
WTP CHP works best on clean systems and should be considered a final treatment following thorough cleaning. WTP CHP will decompose after use to form water and oxygen.
WTP CHP consists of 35% Stabilised Hydrogen Peroxide.

Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use. WTP CHP is heat sensitive above 60ºC – spontaneous decomposition may occur of neat product, it should be noted that at use concentrations are stable in water up to 95ºC. Contact with brass, bronze, chromium, copper, iron, lead, manganese, nickel, silver, zinc and other catalytic metal will accelerate decomposition. Contact with concentrated acid, alkalis reducing agents, dirt, ash, rust or metal dust will also cause spontaneous decomposition. Therefore these materials must be absent in transfer pumps and pipework. (Please refer to Material Safety Data Sheets for detailed handling and storage information).
WTP CHP treatments are shipped in 5 litre, 10 litre, 25 litre vented drums
Field Representatives will work closely with customer personnel to assure the effective application of the water treatment programme. Qualified personnel can provide regular service calls.
