Description

WTP C48i is a formulated blend of highly effective non-oxidising biocides based upon BNPD and isothiazalone. It is ideal for closed systems, particularly those that suffer pseudomonas or sulphate-reducing bacteria contamination.

Dosing and Testing

• WTP C48i dosage will vary depending upon system cleanliness
• Dirty or badly contaminated systems will require more frequent and/or higher dosage rates
• Typically a clean system will require a dose of 250 – 500 ppm WTP C48i
• Systems known to be contaminated will require weekly dosing at a higher level of 500 -1000 ppm to provide effective control
• A drop test kit is available to determine correct levels in the system (WTP TK123).

Application

Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use. Please refer to material safety data sheet for detailed handling/storage instructions. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes to prevent mild irritation. In case of accidental contact, flush area with water, and seek medical attention. Product should not be ingested.  

Packaging

WTP C48i treatments are shipped in 25 litre and 200 litre non-returnable drums.

Service

Field Representatives will work closely with customer personnel to assure the effective application of the water treatment programme. Regular service calls can be provided by qualified personnel.
