Chloro-Lox
WTP Chloro-Lox is a formulated solution of highly effective stable halogen chemistry used for the control of harmful microbes and removal of biofilms. Based on the well-known and well used stabilized Hypochlorous acid molecule (Chlorine Cl2) the product has an excellent track record for fast effective control.
All ingredients meet BS EN drinking water specification and are approved under Regulation 31 of the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2000 & 2001 in England and Wales. A list can be downloaded from the DWI website.

• Chloro-lox can be applied using a suitable dosing pump and controlled proportional to flow with a water meter, or chlorine probe.
• Chloro-Lox can be shock-dosed to maintain a reserve of 1-5ppm residual Cl2 or continuous dosing at 0.2 – 1.5ppm residual Cl2.
• 500 ml/1m3 = 2.0 ppm Cl2
• 250 ml /1m3 = 1.0 ppm Cl2
• 125 ml/1m3 = 0.5 ppm Cl2
Chloro-Lox treatments are shipped in 10 litre, 25 litre and 200 litre non-returnable drums.
Field Representatives will work closely with customer personnel to assure the effective application of the water treatment programme. Regular service calls can be provided by qualified personnel.
