Description

WTPCW25 is a very effective corrosion inhibitor for modern air conditioning chilled water systems, closed loop cooling systems and hot water heating boilers.

WTP CW25 contains:

• sodium nitrite
• buffers
• a copper corrosion inhibitor

Advantages

• provides economical waterside protection for mixed metal systems containing copper, brass and ferrous based metals

Dosing and Testing

• 5 litre WTPCW25 per cubic metre of water in system. (0.5% system volume)
• Dose is usually added to closed systems by utilising a pot feeder, or by a manually operated chemical injection pump.
• Recommended normal concentration level is 800 – 1200 ppm of Nitrite. A drop test kit is available to determine correct levels in the system (WTPTK106).

Application

Please refer to material safety data sheet for detailed handling/storage instructions. WTPCW25 is alkaline and contact with skin, eyes and clothing should be avoided. In case of contact flush with water.

Packaging

WTPCW25 treatments are shipped in 25 litre non-returnable drums.
