WTPS20
WTPS20 utilizes phosphate chemistries to precipitate calcium and magnesium hardness as a mobile phosphate sludge.
WTPS20 is formulated with polymers and a dispersant that condition and mobilize the resultant phosphate sludge. Phosphate, Iron and silica sludges are then blown down from the boiler.
WTPS20 delays precipitation of hardness salts in feed lines. It may be injected continuously to feed water containing hardness salts without the formation of excessive scale in the pipe line.
WTPS20 incorporates alkalinity boosters. The product can be used in boilers up to 100 bar.

A phosphate reserve is normally maintained within set limits in the boiler water. The correct treatment level depends on operating conditions such as boiler pressure and on the chemical characteristics of the water employed.
The treatment may be injected using a dosage pump or a dosage pot as appropriate to the particular installation. Its viscosity permits handling by conventional dosage pumps without dilution but it may be diluted if desired, using softened water or condensate. WTPS20 is not corrosive to steel mixing tanks or dosage pumps in concentrated or dilute form. However, if dosed direct to hot boiler shells use a stainless steel injection fitting.
Please refer to material safety data sheet for detailed handling/storage instructions.
WTPS20 treatments are shipped in 25 litre and 200 litre non-returnable drums.
