Description

WTPS456 is a powerful sludge conditioner and dispersant it is particularly effective at preventing crystal growth of Calcium and Magnesium Salts. A specific Iron Oxide Mobilizer is incorporated in the formulation to prevent deposition of iron oxide scales.  WTPS456 can be used at higher concentrations as an on line cleaning agent to loosen existing scales.

These product benefits make WTPS456 one of the most powerful boiler additives on the market today.

DOSING AND TESTING

Dosage of WTPS456 is proportioned to boiler feed water hardness , a typical dose for a boiler running on soft water would be 100 ppm in the boiler.

Boilers suffering with hard water slippage from the water softener or condensate system should be run at higher levels of WTPS456.

Application

Please refer to material safety data sheet for detailed handling/storage instructions. 

  • Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing.
  • In case of contact, immediately remove contaminated clothing and wash skin with soap and water.
  • For eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
  • Harmful if swallowed.
  • Do not leave exposed to atmosphere.

Packaging

WTPS456 treatments are shipped in 25 litre and 200 litre non-returnable drums.

Service

Field Representatives will work closely with customer personnel to assure the effective application of the water treatment programme. Regular service calls can be provided by qualified personnel.
